Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. we are fully licensed, bonded, and insured.
Do you offer free upfront quotes?
Yes, we will assess your inventory and offer a upfront quote based on current market prices.
Do you provide shipping material?
In most case no, but we can have one of our shipping specialist provide you detailed instructions on how to.
Do you purchase personal or consumer electronics?
No, we do not do individual cell phones or home electronics.
Does TeleTraders offer certificates?
We will send you a digital Certificate of Recycling and Certificate of Destruction upon completion.
How do we ship?
UPS, FEDEX, FREIGHT, OR USPS
How long does it take to get paid?
After we receive your equipment, we do a full evaluation to confirm your equipment is in the initial state described. If all looks good, we will then send you the agreed upon price. If there are any issues or difference in the quantity or quality of the equipment described we will call you to let you know of any changes to your payment.

What do you do with gear you do not reuse?
We are eco friendly, and have been going green since 2013. We break everything down into its respected properties for the most environmentally effective way to discard or reuse the equipment.
What equipment do you buy?
We buy all used office equipment including: used phones, phone systems, servers, network equipment, routers, computers, laptops, thermal printers, barcode scanners, LCD displays, switches and PC systems.
Where are you located and where do you service?
We are located in Atlanta but offer our services all over the world.
