4. Initiate the Hardware Reset:

5. Enter the MAC Address:
   • When prompted for an admin password, use the keypad to enter the MAC address as the password.
   • If entered correctly, proceed to reset the phone.
   • If incorrect, press Cancel to return to the password prompt and try again.
